Methodology

How a lot gets released

Inside and Out Body Wellness does not list a batch until identity, purity, content, endotoxin, sterility, metals, and appearance are on file. The promise is ≥99% HPLC unless a specific listing says otherwise, and the certificate prints the number that was measured — not a rounded-up target.

  1. 01 Identity

LC-MS confirms the mass matches the sequence on the label. A near-miss compound reads as the wrong mass and fails.

  2. 02 Purity

RP-HPLC against a ≥99% target. The lot’s actual percent is the one that ships with the vial.

  3. 03 Net peptide

The label is net peptide mass. Counter-ion and water are reported beside it so the gross cake is not mistaken for the dose in an assay.

  4. 04 Endotoxin

USP <85> style LAL screen. Endotoxin can survive sterilization, so it is checked on its own.

  5. 05 Sterility

USP <71> style culture held for fourteen days. A two-day glance misses slow growers.

  6. 06 Metals

Heavy metals are screened. A fail stays in quarantine.

  7. 07 Appearance

Cake, crimp, and label are inspected. A vial that does not match its lot card does not leave.

Independent labs run the release tests. We do not certify our own material and call it outside testing. Questions about a lot go to the desk with the lot number.
