Shipping

Packs leave our US warehouse by tracked carrier. We ship only to addresses in the United States. Orders usually ship within three days of payment.

• 1–30 kits — $60
• 31–60 kits — $120
• Each additional 30 kits — another $60

A kit is one 10-vial research pack. The rate does not change by state.

We ship only within the United States and do not accept orders for delivery outside the US.

Lyophilized packs ship at ambient temperature under the kit rate above.

If the carrier confirms a package was lost, we replace it or refund it. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, send photos within 48 hours and we replace or refund the affected items. A package the carrier never delivered is reshipped at no charge. If an order is refused or returned because of an address you entered incorrectly, you cover the cost of sending it again.

Physical US addresses. USPS Priority may go to a PO Box. UPS cannot. We suggest an address where someone can receive the box.

Everything we ship is sold for in-vitro and laboratory research only. We may decline an order that does not fit that use.
